I've played both but I also don't want to go into depth about how I feel about Guild Wars and World of Warcraft. I think they are both fun games for different reasons.

However, Guild Wars doesn't install spyware on your computer.

u cant really compare games, since different ppl like different styles of gaming
but comparing raw facts(ie, number of players, lifespan etc) and not considering fees, just gameplay, WoW would pwn Gw hands down

Guild wars has a lot to do with build and skill.

WoW has a lot to do with play time and how geared you are.

right but if not considering fees, a Ferrari/Lamborghini/whatever your favorite expensive car is pwns all.

i hope WoW throws away the fee and just makes the game a bit more expensive to purchase. then i could play 2 great games.

but hey... you cant win it all right
